Each year, we partner with a grassroots organization serving the LGBTQ+ community, and we channel a portion of our profits directly into their hands. Even if you're not shopping with us, you're invited to join this ecosystem of care.
Center on Halsted

From housing support for queer youth, to free legal clinics, job readiness training, senior wellness programs, and affirming cultural spaces, Center on Halsted provides a lifeline for thousands of LGBTQ+ people in Chicago every single year.
Whether it's a hot meal, a crisis counseling session, or a safe room to breathe, this center meets our people exactly where they are: with radical care and dignity. Casa Intención is proud to support their mission of healing, empowerment, and celebration.
If we fall short through sales alone, we will continue to give our time and more. Each member of the Casa Intención team is an active volunteer at Center on Halsted. We remain committed to showing up in ways that extend beyond money. If profit allows for us to continue making an impact for another year, we will also contribute more financially to close that gap.
We are here to make a difference. We believe in resistance through ritual.
For us, giving isn't a marketing strategy. It's a ritual. An offering. A way to build the world we want to live in. One where queer lives are honored, and where joy isn’t a luxury: it’s a right.
