Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide for cleaning your candle vessel and ideas for how to give it a second life rooted in ritual, joy, and usefulness.

  • Let your vessel become part of your ritual landscape! An altar for daily care, memory, and connection. Here are some ideas to get you started:

    1. Plant Home

      Create a mini sanctuary for succulents or herbs. Add a few stones at the bottom for drainage.

    2. Jewelry or Trinket Dish

      Perfect for rings, earrings, or small keepsakes. Use it for objects that deserve a place of honor.

    3. Desk Companion

      Use as a pen holder or to store tools that bring joy to your creative work.

    4. Kitchen Companion

  • When only ½ inch of wax remains, it's time to retire your candle. Follow these gentle steps to clean your vessel:

    1. Freeze & Pop

      Place the vessel in the freezer for 2-4 hours.

      Once the wax hardens, use a spoon to very delicately pop it out. Most wax should lift easily.

    2. Boil & Wipe (Optional)

      For stubborn wax residue, pour hot (not boiling) water into the vessel.

      Let it sit until the wax floats to the top and solidifies.

      Remove wax pieces and discard responsibly (avoid pouring wax down the drain).

      Wipe clean with a cloth.

    3. Cleanse & Refresh

      Wash the vessel with warm water and mild soap.

      Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect finishes or decals.

      Dry thoroughly and prepare for a beautiful new purpose.
